Our 2 day sales workshop is designed to enable sales staff to build competence, confidence and results. The course is delivered by our Director Adele Rogers. She has been in Sales all her career and worked and learnt with esteemed people all through her career. She started her profession at Westminster Press (now Pearson’s PLC) and over 13 years worked her way to Telephone Sales Manager and Company Sales Trainer. She was guided by Frank McCaffrey now CEO of Exchange & Mart. In 2005, she was employed at Business Link new business desk guiding companies on how to start up their own business before being seconded to be the Head Sales Trainer and Call Centre Supervisor for the East of England Train to Gain call centre. Her manager was John Waite- now Head of Customer Service at Tottenham Hotspur. In 2008 she was employed at South East Essex College as part of the inaugural Employer Engagement team and whilst there was instrumental in the college attaining TQS whilst working under Sean Purcell- now Curriculum and Board Director at Seetec.

She has also run 2 successful businesses of her own so has an in-depth insight on the day to day problems of running a prosperous commercial organisation.

Our 2 day sales course shows staff how to go step by step through the pattern of a sale.
