Adele our director has been in Sales all her career and worked and learnt with esteemed people all through that career. She started her profession at Westminster Press (now Pearson’s PLC) and over 13 years worked her way to Telephone Sales Manager and Company Sales Trainer. She was guided for several years by Frank McCaffrey now CEO of Exchange & Mart.

In 2005, Adele was employed at Business Link on the new business desk guiding companies on how to start up their own business before being seconded to be Head Sales Trainer and Call Centre Supervisor for the East of England Train to Gain call centre. Her manager was John Waite- now Head of Customer Service at Tottenham Hotspur. She has been in educational sales ever since.

She has also run 2 successful businesses of her own so has an in-depth insight on the day to day problems of running a prosperous commercial organisation.

Her 2 day sales course shows staff how to go step by step through the pattern of a sale.
