Conflict management

Conflict can be unavoidable no matter how well your organization is run. It can occur between individuals, between staff and a customer or patient, or between larger groups of employees. Having the correct approach allows leaders to deal with situations effectively, calmly, and professionally and turn a situation around swiftly and effectively with minimal disruption.

The aim of conflict management training is to introduce practical techniques and skills that your leaders/ potential leaders can use when conflict arises in the workplace.
